Conditional Use Hearing

The Boggs Township Board of Supervisors will meet at 6 pm on Wednesday July 15, 2020 at the Boggs Township Municipal Building, 1270 Runville Road, Bellefonte, PA. to hear Rodney Wellar’s request for a Conditional Use in the Village Commercial Zoning District for an Automotive Repair Facility on his property at 610 Old 220 Road, Tax Parcel 07-111-034. Ordinance 134/145 Article 4 Section 4.2.1.15 and Article 9. Any attendees are required to follow the Covid-19 guidelines such as wearing face masks and social distancing.
