Sale of Surplus Equipment:  Boggs Township 1270 Runville Road, Bellefonte, PA  16823 Centre County.  Phone number:  814-355-3301 Email address:  btownship@comcast.net.  Boggs Township is selling the following surplus equipment:  1. Target Concrete Saw.  2. Homelite Diaphragm Pump.  3. Grundfos Electric Pumps – Quantity of 3.  4. Karcher Pressure Washer.  5. 1977 Champion 715 Grader.  The equipment will be sold through the www.municibid.com website and for equipment details see the Municibid website or contact Boggs Township.  The auction will begin Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 7 AM and end Monday, April 3, 2023 at 1 PM.  The equipment bids will be awarded to the highest responsible bidder at the Boggs Township Board of Supervisors Meeting on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at 7 PM.  The Boggs Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids.  The equipment may be inspected at the Boggs Township Municipal Building by appointment.  The equipment will be sold in “AS IS” Condition and there are no warranties, returns, or refunds.  Boggs Township will accept cash, check, or money order for payment.  The equipment must be paid for before removal.  The equipment shall be removed from Boggs Township property with in 30 days of awarding the bids.  David Veneziano, Township Secretary.
